An approach grounded in warmth, compassion, and support.
I am passionate about helping people live more engaged and meaningful lives, cultivate healthier connections, and navigate change with greater awareness and resilience.
My journey into this profession was deeply personal, shaped by relationships, community, movement, culture, and the many places and people that have taught me how humans survive, adapt, and heal.
"Fernanda helped me get through a period when my anxiety and depression were so strong, I couldn’t go to work anymore. Using a mix of healing practices, her support was pivotal in getting me back on my feet again. Fernanda taught me to walk barefoot in grass when I need grounding, and to sit with my pain until it doesn’t hurt so much anymore."

"I would like to thank Fernanda for helping me to rebuild my life. After a serious illness last year, I was left suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. Through her sessions, things have changed so much. I now have tools to recognise a panic attack and deal with them. Fernanda creates a nurturing and safe space that has helped me develop a more positive way of seeing life. Also being part of her circles are now a huge part of my life helping me develop courage, creativity and an understanding of myself."

"Fernanda is a kind and loving listener. She is not afraid to ask questions either, she knows what questions to ask and when. Fernanda is fantastic at making you feel at ease in her presence. She has helped me get through my body dysmorphia. She has given me skills to assist me in the real world. Without her support I do not believe I would have had the courage to continue on the journey back to loving myself."

"I have been to many of Fernanda’s support groups and each one I have found insightful and I have left a little transformed. The ambience is beautiful and nurturing. Fernanda is wonderful at holding the space and holding each person within that space. She is both soft and strong which I think is important in a Facilitator as I feel safe to explore what is happening for me while she is present."
