Therapy offerings

and FAQs

with Fernanda Reschke

Our work together usually takes place online. When we work face to face, I often incorporate eco-therapy into our sessions, working outdoors and allowing the natural environment to become part of the therapeutic process.

In my practice, I bring together Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, and eco-therapy to support a holistic way of working. This means we don’t only talk about your experiences, we also pay attention to the body, the environment, and what is happening in the present moment.
  • Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt Therapy invites us to slow down and notice what is here, now. We explore patterns, relationships, behaviours, and unfinished experiences with curiosity, so that what may have been automatic or out of awareness can become clearer and more integrated. It is not about analysing your life from a distance, but about experiencing and understanding yourself more directly.
  • Somatic Experiencing®
Somatic Experiencing® brings the body into the work in a practical way. It supports the nervous system to process and release stress and trauma that may be held physically, often without conscious awareness. We work gently and at your pace, allowing the body to complete responses that may have been interrupted, helping you feel more regulated, present, and able to respond to life with more ease.
  • Eco-therapy
Eco-therapy becomes part of the work when we meet in person. Being in nature can support regulation, reflection, and connection in a way that is often different from sitting in a room. The environment becomes part of the process, offering space, rhythm, and perspective.
  • Psychedelic integration
I offer psychedelic preparation and integration support for people who are considering, preparing for, or returning from psychedelic experiences, including those travelling overseas to attend retreats or ceremonies. This work provides a grounded, therapeutic space to explore intentions, consider emotional and practical readiness, and make sense of what emerges afterwards. The focus is on safety, reflection and integration, helping you bring insights from the experience into your everyday life, relationships and ongoing therapeutic work
The work is paced with care and focused on helping you reconnect with your own resources, your body, and a way of living that feels more aligned and sustainable.
Combined together, this creates a therapeutic space that is supportive, grounded, collaborative, and responsive to you as a whole person.
Alongside these modalities, I bring a deep respect for cyclical living and knowledge drawn from Indigenous and earth-based perspectives, particularly when working with themes such as menstruation, menopause, and the different seasons of life.

This allows us to approach these transitions not as problems to fix, but as meaningful phases that carry their own intelligence, challenges, and possibilities.
